Whether a couple, family, group or company; you will reconnect and build memories to share for a lifetime.

Do you need a place for your wedding and reception?  Celebrate your special occasion in our log-sided Special Events Hall. Our beautiful, intimate Event Hall can accommodate up to 100 guests for a wedding, reunion, group retreat, corporate event or banquet. Surrounded by solitude and yet close to many attractions, you will soon want to tell your friends and re-visit Solitude Pointe.

We are Rodney, Amy, Rebekah & Ryan Ross and Amy’s mom, Virginia Cawood. We purchased Solitude Pointe in 2005 and have enjoyed providing a place for families to vacation and groups to retreat in the beautiful mountains of Upstate South Carolina. Studies show that taking a vacation can reduce your chances of having a heart attack. Even with the economic issues that concern us, we cannot stop taking vacations. We all need a change of pace – for our own health, for our families and just for fun! For all of these reasons, our motto is appropriate: “At some Pointe, Everyone Needs Solitude!”
